Come hear the fascinating story of how SAWS, our water utility, has transformed San Antonio from relying on an aquifer as our only water source to being a national model for drought resilience.

We turn on the tap and assume water will always come out. While that assumption is being challenged elsewhere, Over the years, SAWS has diversified and strengthened our water resources for today and tomorrow.

Heather Ginsburg, who leads education tours with SAWS, has a deep understanding and passion for sharing water knowledge. She’ll talk about our water system’s successes in ensuring San Antonio has sufficient water not only for today but also for expected growth.

RSVP by noon, November 14 to wsgeisler@me.com
